Day 1: MUNICH Arrival in Munich and meeting with the English speaking assistant. Munich is the capital city of Bavaria, famous for its beautiful architecture and fine culture. Hotel check-in, dinner at leisure and overnight.

Day 2: MUNICH Hotel breakfast. Meet with our English speaking guide for a full day city tour. We will see the historic centre with Marienplatz, the gothic Townhall, the Residenz (former residence of the Bavarian kings) and the old beer factory called Hofbrauhaus. In the afternoon continue with the Maximilianeum, the Royal Palace, the posh Ludwigstrasse and the Olimpic Stadium. Lunch and dinner at leisure. Overnight.

Day 3: MUNICH - SALZBURG Hotel breakfast and leave for Salzburg, the 4th largest city in Austria, one of the best preserved north of the Alps. Its “Old Town” in baroque architecture has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage since 1997. Stop en route for your lunch at leisure. Arrival in Salzburg and time for a stroll in this beautiful jewel-town world known for the movie “Sound Of Music”. Hotel check-in, dinner at leisure and overnight in hotel.

Day 4: SALZBURG - SALZKAMMERGUT - LINZ Hotel breakfast and morning guided city tour of Salzburg, the birthplace of 18th-century composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Lunch at leisure and leave for Linz, driving through the idyllic lake region surrounding Salzburg called Salzkammergut. Evening arrival in Linz, an oasis of green, where nature and culture come together to form a harmonius whole, named European Capital of Culture in 2009. Dinner at leisure and overnight in hotel.

Day 5: MELK - DANUBE VALLEY - VIENNA Hotel breakfast and leave Melk Abbey, one of the world’s most known monastic sites, founded in 1089 and then part of the Austrian Congregation. Lunch at leisure. Drive through the beautiful and peaceful Wachau, the Austrian valley formed by the Danube River, where vineyards cover the hills, now part of the Unesco Heritage for its cultural value as a landscape. Embark on a River Cruise on the Danube River and then continue to Vienna. Vienna is the capital of Austria and by far the largest city, as well as its cultural, economic and political centre. Hotel check-in, dinner at leisure and overnight.

Day 6: VIENNA Hotel breakfast and morning guided tour of the historic center, rich in architectural ensembles, including baroque castles, gardens, grand buildings, monuments and parks. We will get the chance to see the Hofburg Palace and world famous St. Stephen’s Cathedral. Lunch at leisure. In the afternoon, panoramic tour along the Ring: the Opera, The Parliament, Townhall and then the more modern part, Uno City Museum Quartier. Stop at the magnifi cent Belvedere Palace, home of extraordinary masterpieces and symbol of Vienna itself. Return to hotel. Dinner at leisure. Overnight in hotel.

Day 7: VIENNA Hotel breakfast and morning guided tour to Schönbrunn Castle, part of the World Cultural Heritage and Austria’s most visited sight. Lunch at leisure. In the afternoon, optional escursion to the Vienna Woods, a hilly region just outside Vienna called Wienerwald. Dinner at leisure and overnight in hotel.

Day 8: VIENNA Breakfast in hotel and transfer to the airport in time for your flight. End of services.
